Nursery Mat

The Innovative Heating Technologies Nursery Heat Mat provides the essential heat a newly weaned piglet needs during its transition away from a farrowing crate into a nursery environment. Constructed with an ultra durable, fire-rated, anti-microbial plastic enclosure, the heat pads creates a warm, comfortable, dry microclimate for the pigs to lay down and properly acclimate to its new surroundings. Governing the temperature of IHT’s Nursery Mat with the fully programmable IMC variable controller ensures each pig will get the right amount of heat at the right time. The non-slip, easy-clean surface of the heat mat enclosure incorporates outer rails to help keep dry feed on the surface of the heater.

Master Sensor Unit (MSU)

The Hog Hearth® MSU (Master Sensor Unit) is designed to regulate the temperature of all Hog Hearth® heat mats in a farrowing room. Isolating the MSU from the mats installed on the crate floors insures that all mats run at a consistent, even temperature. This system allows your Hog Hearth® mats to operate in the most efficient manner while insuring that all piglets are receiving the right amount of heat at the right time.

Heat Mat Controller V2 (HMC2)

Loaded with powerful features, the HMC2 includes a PRE-PROGRAMMED six-step growth curve. Designed to provide optimal control over the Hog Hearth® mats, the HMC2 saves you time and money lowering your monthly electricity costs.

All configuration and programming parameters are never more than a few button presses away, making the HMC2 a trouble free controller geared for ease of setup and programmability.

Individual Mat Controller (IMC)

Loaded with powerful features, the Individual Mat Control (IMC) includes a variable heating stage with a pre-programmed, six-step growth curve. Designed as an economical alternative to the HMC-2 (20A) the IMC (3.5A) provides optimal control over the Hog Hearth heat mats. All configuration and programming parameters are never more than a few button presses away, making the IMC a trouble free temperature controller geared for easy setup and ease of use in a wide range of heating applications.
